Can this gazebo stay outside year-round?

Yes — the San Remo is built from durable hammered steel designed for permanent outdoor use. We recommend closing the canopy during extreme weather conditions such as heavy rain and high winds.

Is the canopy waterproof?

The canopy is showerproof — it provides good protection from light rain. During heavy downpours we recommend closing or removing the canopy.

What size is the San Remo?

2.75 x 3.66m, on 60 x 60mm hammered steel posts — large enough to shelter a dining set or seating area. For a square footprint, the Prague gazebo in a 3.5 x 3.5m size is also available in our garden accessories range.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Care & Maintenance

The hammered steel frame and showerproof canopy are built for year-round outdoor use with simple seasonal care.

Frame: Wipe the steel posts down with a soft cloth and mild soapy water. Inspect the hammered finish once or twice a season and treat any chips or scratches through to bare metal promptly to prevent rust taking hold.

Canopy: The 200g/m² PU-coated polyester canopy is showerproof, not fully waterproof. Brush off leaves and debris and let it dry before closing for long periods, as trapped damp encourages mildew. Sponge clean with mild soapy water only — avoid detergents or pressure washers, which strip the PU coating.

Weather: Close or remove the canopy in heavy rain and high winds to protect both the canopy and the frame. Check all fixings are secure at the start of each season and after any storm.
