Returns & Refunds
Our returns policy
We want you to be happy with your Oak & Outdoor purchase. If something is not right, please contact us at sales@oakandoutdoor.co.uk with your order number and we will do our best to resolve it promptly.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us immediately at sales@oakandoutdoor.co.uk. Once an order has been dispatched we are unable to cancel it and our returns process applies.
Returns — change of mind
If you have changed your mind, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us that you wish to return your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and where possible in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, email sales@oakandoutdoor.co.uk with your order number. We will respond within two business days with further instructions.
The cost of return collection is your responsibility. For large items — dining tables, benches, garden structures — collection is arranged through our supplier's specialist furniture carrier network. Collection costs reflect the genuine logistics involved and are confirmed to you before any return is processed. These costs are deducted from your refund before it is issued.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of the returned item being received and inspected.
Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us at sales@oakandoutdoor.co.uk with your order number and photographs of the issue within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess the situation and respond within four business hours.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply. Where a valid claim is accepted, we will arrange an appropriate resolution — which may include repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion, subject to the nature and timing of the fault.
Important notes
- Returns are not accepted for items that have been assembled, used outdoors, or returned in a condition that reduces their resale value
- We reserve the right to make a deduction from any refund to reflect a reduction in the value of the goods
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
