Designed with safety paramount, it features colourful screw-cap covers over fixings, easy-to-grab chunky handles and dip-treated FSC-certified timber. Every building comes with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty as standard, plus a conditional 10-year anti-rot guarantee against timber decay and insect attack. Buildings arrive pre-treated with a water-based coat for transit only; to keep the anti-rot cover valid, apply a high-quality spirit-based timber preservative shortly after installation and re-treat annually.
