Every building comes with a 1-year manufacturer's guarantee as standard, plus a conditional anti-rot guarantee against timber decay — 15 years on pressure-treated buildings and 10 years on dip-treated buildings. To keep the anti-rot cover valid, apply a waterproof timber top coat once the building is installed and re-treat annually.
