Is this product suitable for leaving outside all year round?

This depends on the material. Solid acacia and teak hardwood products are naturally moisture-resistant and designed for permanent outdoor use in the British climate — a breathable cover during winter is recommended but not essential. Bamboo and pinewood products also perform well outdoors but benefit more from seasonal covering or storage. Poly rattan products are UV-resistant and fully weatherproof year-round. Care & Maintenance

Solid acacia hardwood requires minimal maintenance but benefits from periodic care.

Clean annually with warm soapy water and a soft brush, working in the direction of the grain. Rinse and allow to dry fully. Apply a quality exterior wood oil once a year to maintain the warm natural tone.

If left untreated, acacia will weather to a silver-grey patina — normal and not harmful to the wood. Re-oiling restores the original colour.

Store cushions indoors when not in use. A breathable furniture cover during winter is recommended.
