Details

The Shire Barraca 7x10 is a roomy timber workshop, built in the UK for hobbies, projects and generous garden storage. Its deep 7x10 footprint gives plenty of floor space, while an opening joinery window brings in natural light and can be positioned on either side to suit your layout. Solid 12mm shiplap cladding over sturdy 34 x 34mm framing gives a weather-ready finish, and a single wide door makes getting equipment in and out easy. Supplied dip-treated in a base coat, ready for your own top coat.

Timber is a natural product; we recommend treating your building on arrival and periodically thereafter to protect it and maintain its life. Your workshop will need a firm, level base — concrete, paving slabs or a timber frame — as grass, soil or gravel will shift under the weight. Browse the full Garden Buildings range at Oak & Outdoor.

Further Information

Does this come with a guarantee?

Shire is one of the UK's leading garden building manufacturers, crafting timber sheds, summerhouses, log cabins, playhouses and workshops in Britain since 1981 from its factories in Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire, using slow-grown timber from sustainable plantations. Every building comes with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty as standard, plus a conditional 10-year anti-rot guarantee against timber decay and insect attack. Buildings arrive pre-treated with a water-based coat for transit only; to keep the anti-rot cover valid, apply a high-quality spirit-based timber preservative shortly after installation and re-treat annually.

When will I get my order?

Shire garden buildings are made to order, so lead times vary by product and size. The estimated dispatch time for this building is shown above. As timings can change with demand, please check the product information or contact us for confirmation before ordering if you need your building by a specific date.

How much does delivery cost?

In most cases, delivery is free to UK mainland addresses. For full T&Cs, visit our delivery page.
