The Avance Pent 7x5 is a bright, compact timber summerhouse from Shire with a contemporary pent roof, built in the UK as a relaxed garden retreat. Its glazed double doors open the space up to the garden, making it an inviting spot for seating, a reading nook or a sheltered place to enjoy the outdoors, while the low-pitch pent roofline gives it a modern look. Solid 12mm shiplap cladding gives a well-finished, weather-ready feel.
Made from FSC-certified timber and dip-treated as standard, the Avance Pent is built to handle the British weather with a little routine care.

Buildings arrive pre-treated with a water-based coat for transit only; to keep the anti-rot cover valid, apply a high-quality spirit-based timber preservative shortly after installation and re-treat annually.
