Does this come with a guarantee?

Bars at Home provides a dual-layer warranty focused on weather protection, offering a 10-year guarantee specifically on their colored, stained finishes alongside a 5-year anti-rot guarantee for the timber itself. These protections are designed to shield the hand-built pallet wood from the elements, but they only apply to bars purchased with one of their professional colored finishes; if you opt for a bare, "Natural" wood finish, you are expected to seal and protect the timber yourself to keep it weatherproof
When will I get my order?

Care & Maintenance

Finish care: Wipe down with a soft, damp cloth — avoid abrasive cleaners, which will dull the dark oak mid-sheen seat and black frame finish. Dry after heavy rain rather than letting water sit on the seat.

Stability: Check the frame joints and footrest remain tight at the start of each season.

Winter care: These stools are suitable for outdoor use, but the finishes stay at their best if stored indoors or under cover over winter and during long wet spells. Delivered fully assembled, they move easily — bring them in when the season ends.
